At KS3 all students study English, maths, science, Spanish, humanities (comprising history, geography and religious studies), design and technology (comprising food and resistant materials), drama, art, music and PE.
All KS4 students in Years 9, 10 and 11 undertake qualifications in the core curriculum of maths, English language and English literature, science, PE, as well as pursuing a number of options subjects.
All year groups undertake PSHE sessions. KS4 have additional careers advice and guidance lessons. The PSHE course is delivered through tutor time. The course covers all statutory PHSE requirements but also includes units ranging from enterprise and finance to healthy living and developing confidence.
The school operates a 25 lesson per week, two week timetable, with all lessons being 1 hour long.

At Whittington Green School all students are entitled to a broad and balanced curriculum in which they study a wide range of subjects. The school code of being respectful, listening, focusing, co-operating, and trying your best underpins everything we do and promotes many of the key British values. In addition to this, students are provided with the opportunity to widen their spiritual, moral, social and cultural development on a daily basis through a range of lessons and other activities. Furthermore the school has an Anti-Bullying Policy that is delivered by a team of trained student ambassadors closely overseen by key adults.
